About Us
At Braithburn Academy your family will experience
all of the benefits of a larger center, with the warm,
family feel of a smaller center. Our long term, mature,
professional staff are well trained. Their continuing
education assures that they are current in the best
early childhood education practices. Each day we
provide a learning environment where children are
safe, comfortable and happy. We offer extras such as
field trips, library bus, guest speakers and more.
Why choose our center?
At Braithburn Academy children receive excellent childcare as well as
kindergarten readiness skills. School age children enjoy a comfortable,
safe and fun environment to spend time with friends, play games,
get homework done, create art, play outside and enjoy down time.
We are a smaller center and all staff get to know each child individually.
We have a cozy, family like atmosphere. Yet we are large enough to offer
extras such as field trips, library bus, guest speakers and pony pictures.
Also, your child will be in a classroom with specific
age group and a developmentally appropriate curriculum
and schedule.
Our Teachers
We hire staff who have experience, a positive attitude and who love working with
young children. We maintain a positive work environment to help maintain our low
turn over. Smiles and hugs are a big part of each day.
Teachers nurture children's self esteem, while encouraging them to explore the
wonder of our world. Staff meet children's health and safety needs, teach an age
appropriate curriculum and guide children in self help and social skills.

children to love school and to be set up for future success.
